Elite Training
Academy
An exclusive, athlete-selection-based program for middle school athletes — combining elite baseball training, personalized coaching, cutting-edge technology, and the academic flexibility to make it all possible.
Where Elite Middle School Athletes Are Built
The TPSI Middle School Elite Training Academy is an exclusive, athlete-selection-based program designed for homeschooled middle school athletes who are committed to elite-level development in baseball and softball.
This is not a drop-in training program. The Academy is built around a complete development philosophy — combining personalized one-on-one coaching, regular Kinetisense screening and performance tracking, access to professional-grade equipment including VALD screening, and an academic structure that gives athletes the flexibility to train at the highest level without sacrificing their education.
The program is adaptable to any homeschooling curriculum with no affiliation to any specific program — giving families the freedom to build the educational model that works for them while TPSI handles the athletic development side at a professional standard.
Athletes train Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm — a full structured day that mirrors the commitment of elite athletic programs. A cohort teacher/tutor is on site to support academic progress, and Synergy Performance Rehab is also on site for athlete care and recovery. Active MLB players train at this facility alongside the program, setting the standard for what the environment demands.
