Train Like a Pro.
Compete.
Play at the Next Level.
The TPSI High School Baseball Academy is a selection-based program built for one outcome: developing high school athletes, testing them in real competition, and guiding them toward the right college fit.
Pro-Level Development Without Leaving Home
Families should not have to ship a 15-year-old across the country to get a pro-level development environment. In Tampa, that environment already exists.
Active MLB players train at TPSI Monday through Friday. Academy athletes develop in the same building, on the same equipment, held to the same standard. Every athlete is coached by a staff of specialists in hitting, pitching, catching, infield, and strength, and every athlete's progress is measured with professional-grade technology rather than guesswork.
The academy serves high school athletes in grades 9 through 12. Families can follow a homeschool model or choose the hybrid option. Athletes train Monday through Friday from 8am to 2pm, and TPSI helps coordinate on-site teacher and tutor support so academics keep pace with training.
Then we take it further. Athletes put their development to work in competitive game play, and our college recruiting partners help them turn that work into the right next step.
Develop
Individualized development plans and one-on-one coaching across hitting, pitching, fielding, speed, and strength.
Measure
VALD and Kinetisense screening turn progress into hard numbers that athletes, families, and college programs can trust.
Compete & Advance
Competitive game play tests every skill in live action, backed by college recruiting and placement support.
Competitive Game Play
Training builds the skills. Games prove them. Academy athletes take what they develop every day and put it to work in competitive game play, where real at-bats, real innings, and real decisions show exactly where a player stands.
Athletes do not show up to games cold. They show up developed, tested, and prepared by a staff that builds every plan around performing when it counts.
Live Competition
Game settings that test hitting, pitching, defense, and decision-making at full speed.
Development You Can Measure
VALD and Kinetisense measurables tracked throughout the program show how training carries into game performance.
Prepared by the Staff
Coaches build each athlete's development plan so they peak for competition.
A Pro-Grade Home Base
Athletes train and prepare in the same facility where active MLB players train.
